Olist Sales Analysis

• Cleaned and validated 8 raw tables with pandas, re-keying orders to the real customer ID to identify 93,357 customers across 96,477 delivered orders.
• Built RFM scoring in Python and T-SQL to segment customers into six tiers, finding that 97% of customers bought only once and one segment drives 60% of R$15.4M in sales.
• Designed a Power BI dashboard on SQL Server views to track monthly trends, state sales and category performance; showed that three states generate 62.5% of sales.
Employee Attrition Analysis

• Developed a logistic regression model to identify high-risk employees, successfully reducing projected company attrition from 16.1% to 7.6%.
